9.1 The user hereby declares that they will disclose and/or release demands or claims of any kind, on the basis of, or in connection with content of third parties that the user saves within the Casting.mobi services to Casting.mobi, their employees, representatives, shareholders and vicarious agents, and companies connected with Casting.mobi, upon the first request to indemnify Casting.mobi.
9.2 On the basis of users using Casting.mobi products, breaching these terms and conditions or third party rights, this is also applicable and will be enforced.
