11.1 German law applies under the exemption of UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
11.2 Place of fulfillment and place of jurisdiction exclusively is Duesseldorf, Germany, as far as legally permitted.
11.3 Alterations to the contractual conditions must be in writing. Additional verbal agreements are not valid. This also applies to rescission or alteration of these written terms.
